During any engagement and for twelve months after the client agrees not to solicit or hire any employee of KDY Auto who was materially involved in providing services.
We may engage qualified subcontractors to perform portions of services remaining fully responsible for all work delivered.
KDY Auto acts as an independent contractor not as an employee agent or partner of the client.
